Pac-Labyrinth

The background is dark with flying Pac-Man and ghost sprites. The dots that Pac-Man eats in the original Pac-Man game appear through this course as well. After a while, the player drives back in Pac-Land, and after driving through Pac-Land for a little while, the player enters back in the maze-like level. There are many platforms that can be used for jumping shortcuts.

Donkey Kong Jungle

Thick plants obscure the view and Piranha Plants snap at racers, though the Piranha Plants are aesthetic effects only. It also appears in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2. On the second straight road of the course, two wooden bridges traverse water, which, if driven on, slows drivers. Diddy Kong makes a cameo in the course cheering other players at the beginning of the course.

In Round 3, the course receives precipitation and different items.

Mario Highway

Blimps can be seen flying around the track. Sculptures of Mario and Luigi's heads can be seen on the side of the mountain near the tunnel, which is much like Mount Rushmore. It starts at one of the straightest parts of the track; then curves at one of the tightest turns of the track. This leads the players to a tunnel with water at the sides to slow down players. The tunnel turns sharply to the right and leads to the finish line. This track is also the course the characters are racing on for the title art of this game.

Diamond City

Despite that E. Gadd does not appear in the Diamond City-based WarioWare games, his logo can be seen in the background of the course, which appears to house Gadd Science, Inc.. Several Magic Paintbrushes, one of E. Gadd's inventions, are also on display on this course. A statue of him is also shown in the beginning of the course.

Pac-Mountain

It takes place in Pac-Man and Blinky's home of Pac-Land. The course is laid out through hills and tunnels, which contain purple mushrooms. This course has many curves for the player to race through, including one hairpin curve near the finish line. The grass that surrounds the track slows the player.
